A well-established general and family dental practice in the City of Falls Church is seeking a dynamic and skilled dental hygiene professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, knowledgeable, dedicated, personable, and an effective communicator who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Our patients value and respect our staff and appreciate the professional, welcoming, and family-oriented environment we provide. The hygiene department plays a vital role in our preventive care team. Primary responsibilities include performing scaling and root planing, administering local anesthesia (certification required), working comfortably with dental lasers or willing to learn, delivering high-quality preventive care, and educating and motivating patients to follow recommended treatment plans.

We are a fee-for-service, technology-driven practice offering one-hour prophylaxis appointments and prioritizing continuing education and professional growth for all team members. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered. Valid dental hygienist licensure required in the state of Virginia.

Ideally, this is a full-time position with hours Monday through Thursday. However, days and hours can be flexible (30-35 hours per week).

Description: We are an established patient-focused general practice in Fairfax City looking for a dental hygienist to join our team. If you are looking for flexibility to only work a day or two, if you are newly graduated and looking to hone your skills, or a temporary hygienist that would like to have a steady office, please apply! Days: Tuesday – Friday (you can pick which day (s) work best for you). Hours: 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM, with one hour for lunch
